I am Clinical Social Worker on a geriatric psych unit by day and a mad crafter by night. This whole crafting addiction innocently started when I took my two children to the craft store to buy some supplies to make Easter cards in 2009 and it quickly spiraled out of control from there.  I am thrilled to have been recently invited to join the Squigglefly Design Team and to have been introduced to such a talented yet wacky group of women.  I fit right in!  I decided to flex my humorous muscles with my card for the GDT spot for the Craft Us Crazy Challenge.  Thanks for allowing me to play along!

I'm 64 yo and retired but still actively volunteering locally.  I live in the country with my husband of 20 years and 3 fur babies.  I'm a mother/grandmother and great grandmother already!  I love all arts - especially crocheting and card making!  I have innumerable completed 12x12 albums of every subject my life can span and am most recently struggling to get together the last ancestry album I'll probably ever build, since I have found photos and information of members of my family back to the civil and revolutionary wars.  I also co-own a wonderful yahoo group of scrapbook and card making members.  This is my first year as a Design Team member and enjoying every day.  I just believe we all should live every day to the fullest.

Phew what a week it has been. We've got some fires around us, so my internet is going in and out, so I don't want to waste anytime. This will be short and sweet so I can get everything posted before it goes back out.

Absolutely stunning!! Those are the two words that come to mind when I look at all our entries from our Remembrance/Love theme last week. I know I say it all the time, but there really is some unbelievable talent that graces our blogs and challenge blogs on a daily basis. So many folks to learn from and be inspired from!
